Directions for Use
Step 1: Fill the clean bottle with the recommended volume of warm distilled water.
Step 2: Cut the Jal Neti Nasal Rinse sachet at the corner, pour the contents into the bottle, and shake gently until fully dissolved.
Step 3: Bend forward over a sink, tilt your head downward, place the nozzle snugly into one nasal passage, and gently squeeze the bottle.
Repeat the process for the other nasal passage.
